We have three levels of Service agreement:
Silver
Includes routine service visits, and the customer will pay for spare parts when requested.
Gold
This package Includes routine service visits and Consumable spare parts.
Platinum
Includes routine service visits, Consumable spare parts and emergency call visits.
Tailored
This package tailored service agreement based on your specific business needs.
